I live in Edmonton now, but I lived right across the street from the Prior's, as a matter of fact I baby sat Sharron, the twins & Jo Jo. I was but a kid myself in my early teens. My husband now, John Hiscock, was friends of Sharrons uncle,The Mornoes. Sharron was always like a little sister to me as were her sisters & brother. Neither complained or missed behaved when I sat them.It was very devastating news. When Sharron dissapeared I felt like a part of died. I have always had you in my heart and hope someday that the person or persons who tortured you the way they did will get worse than what they did to you. You did not deserve to be treated in this manner. always remembered from linda hiscock

This tribute was beautifully put together to honour and remember Sharron. My fondest wish is for justice to prevail and bring closure to Sharron's loved ones...

On behalf of our family, especially Debbie, one of Sharron's friends, this site is so professionally done and brings back such cherished memories of Sharron. It is now 2006 and we hope that justice and closure can finally help the Prior family have peace. Sharron was such a special person who touched so many hearts in a positive way and has been in our thoughts for many years. The ones we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day!!!

My name is Roger Agnessi, I was born and raised in the piont, and I brought up my two daughters in the point, and I am still living in the point. I was a policeman for 31 years and everytime I made an arrest I would bring up the subject of sharon's death. Some information was good, but every day that the good lord brought I always had sharon in my toughts. She was one of us and no one can do this to us. Even today after being retited for 20 months I still ask questions and think of sharon. Somebody out there in the point has knowledge on Sharon's untimely death, one day we will find out the truth. You the people who dis this will pay. To Sharon's family, people out here in the point still think of Sharon, one day her death will be avenged.

I am the daughter of Doreen Brunelle and the niece of Barbra Payne. I love the point website, it keeps the pointers in touch and even the ones that are no longer with us. I never met Sharron,I was only 3 years old at the time but heard alot about her from my mom and aunts. God bless you Yvonne and family.

As a former Pointer, and in those days, having worked part time at the Boys and Girls Club (teen Centre), I have many times thought of those very sad days.

And yes, I remember Marina's restaurant well and the gathering place it was for teens at the time.

As I recall it, and upon reflection,it has always seemed to me that it was during those few days that the innocense of childhood and growing up in the Point also left us. We began to lock our doors.

I'm so glad it seems Sharron continues to be remembered and surely that is testament to the person she always was.

I continue to hope someday the answers will come.

Sharron remains in our hearts and minds. I was also 16 years old, at the time of her abduction. We were young and full of dreams. Her murder was difficult for all of us to understand. I'm proud that so many people have kept her memory alive. To all that put this site together and those wonderful/beautiful pictures........Thank you!

There are no words to express the sorrow we felt back then and continue to feel. From time to time I check into the sight or while talking to some old freinds Sharron s name comes up . If only the killer could be found and brought to justice. Pointers have always been strong and caring no matter where we live we are united. Jean

My best friend, Robert Rowan said it all. I was 15 when Sharron went missing, and there hasn't been a year gone bye when I haven't thought about her. This is a wonderful site. I rember well, the raffle tickets, and can drives to get that coveted Leo's Boy's jacket. My parents, Ken and Shirley say hello and god bless.

ITS NICE TO SEE THE WEB SIGHT FOR SHARRON. TO SEE PICTURES OF HER AGIN BRINGS BACK A LOT OF MEMORIES OF WHEN I WAS YOUNG. TO SEE SHARRON COME OVER TO THE HOUSE WITH MARY WAS ALWAYS A JOY. SHE WAS ALWAYS SMILLING AND ALWAYS MADE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT HER BEING THERE. SHE WAS A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF THE FAMILY AND WE ALL MISS HERE VERY MUCH.
