well first i would like to say sorry to the prior family hope maybe one day they will find the man who did it.........and well sorry to let everyone down but LOUIS PICARD my FATHER is not murderer he may have done some horrible and unforgivable things in his life but i highly doubt that he would touch a sixteen year old girl......maybe you are the one they should look at ALBERT OR A FRIEND.....or maybe it could be anyone of the nutcases from the DOUGLAS you do know thay give weekend passes so do not try to put my father in to the picture,,,Sorry once again to the prior family
